Workplace Experience Manager | London, UK

Overview

Rogo builds AI for professionals at top investment banks, private equity funds and investment firms, with a fast-growing global client base. It is hiring a full-time Workplace Experience Manager in London, United Kingdom, to own the London office end to end, from daily operations to the team and visitor experience. The manager leads on the ground for a team of about 25, expected to grow to around 50 by year end, and supports the Workplace Lead on the move into a new London office. The role reports to the New York-based Workplace Lead and works with the COO, London leadership, and the People, IT, Finance and Legal teams.

Office operations include keeping the space tidy, functional and well stocked, managing the building, property management, local vendors and the London workplace budget, owning health and safety including fire wardens, first aiders and risk assessments, and building documented processes that scale as the team doubles. For the office move, the manager supports the search, gathers input from the London team, communicates with them before, during and after the move, and helps coordinate logistics so the new space runs from day one.

On the employee experience side, the manager is the main on-site contact for employees, visitors, candidates and vendors, prepares the office for new hire start days with People, plans events, socials, offsites and all-hands logistics including catering, and acts as the on-site IT contact managing equipment inventory.

Requirements

Rogo looks for three to five years in workplace, office management or facilities, ideally at a fast-growing company, with experience of an office move, fit-out or opening preferred. The manager should be comfortable managing vendors, budgets and several projects at once, organised and proactive, able to work independently with a manager in New York, and warm and professional with visitors. Familiarity with UK health and safety requirements is a plus.

What you get

The stated compensation is 60,000 to 72,000 pounds.
