Turkey Content Specialist
Overview
Amo is hiring a full-time Turkey Content Specialist at its Paris office to grow its consumer app Bump in Turkey, with the goal of reaching number one on the App Store there and staying at the top. The person brings internet culture from Turkey into the Paris team, creating content, leading creators, testing ideas and helping build Bump into a must-have app.
The specialist owns the Turkish market for content and creator efforts. Work includes making high-performing TikToks, Reels and UGC-style ads, building and managing a pipeline of Turkish creators, running influencer campaigns with top creators and micro-influencers, and working with paid marketing to turn strong content into performance. The role also involves jumping on trends early, writing briefs and giving notes to external creators, collaborating daily with the growth, distribution and product teams in Paris, joining brainstorms to test ideas quickly, shaping Bump's creative direction and supporting launches, events and Turkey-focused activations.
Requirements
Amo looks for one to five or more years making short-form content for a brand, agency, influencer or creator, with the quality of work mattering more than the job title. Candidates should have experience making ad content, especially UGC, and managing creators or giving creative feedback. Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends and the Turkish creator landscape is expected, along with fluency in Turkish and English and experience of having lived in Turkey. The company wants someone creative, driven and experimental who is also rigorous and detail oriented, deeply tuned into Turkish memes, humour and online culture, and comfortable giving feedback that improves creators' content.
