Overview

Relay is scaling its operations and hiring a Talent Lead focused on operations and business. The position is based in the Shoreditch area of London, operating on a hybrid schedule with four days on-site and one day remote. Visa sponsorship may be offered for suitable candidates.

Who can apply

Candidates must have a proven track record as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Lead, along with a background in hypergrowth startups or scale-ups. Applicants should be structured and clear communicators with strong stakeholder management skills and a data-driven mindset that uses metrics to prioritize and improve outcomes.
