Stage: Innovative Strategic Business Design

Overview

Schubergphilis offers a hands-on internship in innovative strategic business design within its innovation team, Lab271. Interns work on projects for clients such as PostNL, NS, Heineken, Geldmaat, ING, and the Port of Rotterdam. The role involves addressing complex customer questions, experimenting with emerging technologies, and developing future-oriented solutions.

Who can apply

This opportunity is aimed at driven master students, preferably studying Industrial Design Engineering or Industrial Design. Candidates should have a strong interest in technology, innovation, design, and digital topics, along with a creative and problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude. Applicants must be available full-time for a minimum of 5 months, with a start date in consultation, preferably in September or February.

Selected interns receive a stagevergoeding and a Macbook Pro and iPhone for use during the internship. Additional benefits include meals such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner, participation in quarterly innovation trips and other outings, and the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team. Visa sponsorship may also be offered for suitable candidates.
