Data Engineer- UK

Overview

CoreView is hiring a Data Engineer to join the operations department and report to the Data Analyst Manager. The position is based in the United Kingdom within the Europe region. The role focuses on helping establish the company data practice by building documented pipelines, governing metric definitions, and creating structured intake processes for cross-department data requests. The position involves working across business functions to take ownership of customer usage and adoption analytics, transforming them into a production-grade system while utilizing Databricks and AI-assisted development tools.

Requirements

Applicants must have three to five years of professional experience building and operating production data pipelines in a commercial setting. Candidates need hands-on Databricks proficiency, strong SQL and Python skills applied to data engineering, and experience with data transformation or orchestration tooling. Additional requirements include a grounding in dimensional and star-schema data modelling, Git-based version control, CI/CD practices for data pipelines, and experience ingesting data from various source systems such as CRMs and product usage tools. Preferred skills include background in B2B SaaS, experience with Power BI or equivalent BI tools, prior data governance implementation, and familiarity with AI coding assistants.
