Overview

Exclaimer is seeking a Senior Designer to serve as the in-house design lead for the marketing team in London, United Kingdom. This role involves setting the visual standard for the brand across campaign creative, paid advertisements, web and landing page design, events, and motion graphics. Requirements

Applicants must have five or more years of experience in brand, marketing, or graphic design, preferably within a B2B, SaaS, or tech environment. A portfolio demonstrating consistent brand execution across web, ads, social, and sales content is required. Candidates need expert Figma skills, experience maintaining brand systems and templates, proven experience designing conversion-focused ads for platforms like LinkedIn and Meta, and UX knowledge for website and landing page layouts. Additionally, candidates must show confident use of AI design tools alongside strong project management skills and attention to detail.
