SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview

This full-time remote position involves working for a client through Pavago as an SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist. The role focuses on developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase organic traffic, enhance search rankings, generate qualified leads, and drive measurable business growth. Working hours are aligned with U.S. Business Hours.

Who can apply

Mid-level to senior professionals with at least three years of professional experience in SEO, digital marketing, or performance marketing are eligible. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills, availability during U.S. Business Hours, and the ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Applicants need proven success in improving organic rankings, website traffic, and qualified lead generation, along with strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO and content optimization. Required technical skills include hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools, as well as managing Google Ads and paid social media campaigns. Candidates must also be familiar with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow, conversion rate optimization, landing pages, lead generation funnels, and CRM and marketing automation platforms.
