Overview

Convene Hospitality Group operates a global portfolio of lifestyle brands and experiential event venues that design, develop, and operate hospitality-driven destinations. The company manages a network of nearly 40 venues across the US and UK, featuring brands such as Convene, etc.venues, and NeueHouse. The UK Finance team is currently seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst focused on Credit Control to join the organization and help lead accounts receivable operations across the UK venue portfolio.

Who can apply

Applicants must currently reside in the United Kingdom and possess the ability to work in the UK without sponsorship. Candidates are required to bring five or more years of dedicated accounts receivable or finance experience, along with strong proficiency in NetSuite or comparable enterprise resource planning systems and intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Additional experience managing enterprise client accounts using supplier portals, handling purchase order-led invoicing, resolving queried invoices, and understanding month-end accounts receivable reconciliations is considered a strong advantage.

Requirements

The role involves preparing multi-bank reconciliation spreadsheets, resolving unapplied cash exceptions, processing incoming payments across various methods, issuing final invoices, processing credit memos, and managing customer records in NetSuite. Responsibilities also include managing collections by chasing overdue accounts, reviewing the accounts receivable aging report weekly, escalating delinquent accounts, and assessing credit limits for new and existing accounts.
