Origination Director - Specialty Finance

Overview

Triple Point is a certified B Corp managing over £2.5 billion across five investment strategies, operating with more than 230 employees in London, United Kingdom. The Specialty Finance division provides revolving credit facility warehouse funding to UK alternative lenders, supplying liquidity and capital to underserved parts of the non-bank lending market. The division is expanding its capabilities to include Forward Flow, mezzanine, and incubator strategies. Visa sponsorship may be offered for suitable candidates.

Requirements

Applicants need extensive experience in lending and loan documentation across a bank or non-bank environment, including a minimum of three years in Specialty Finance or a related field such as structured finance, capital markets, or securitisation with a focus on asset-backed financing. Candidates should have a track record of leading transactions end-to-end from a front-office debt origination or structuring role, working knowledge of LMA documentation, and proficiency in Excel for financial modelling and loan tape analysis. An educational background at degree level is required, ideally supported by a professional qualification in accountancy, banking, or risk management.
