Senior FP&A Manager - Marketing

Overview

The Senior FP&A Manager position in Marketing sits within the N8N commercial engine, owning the forward-looking financial plan for the top and mid funnel. The role involves turning demand, funnel, and marketing investment decisions into an integrated financial view to assist Marketing leadership in making investment decisions across product-led growth and sales-led growth motions. The central hub for the team is located in Berlin, Germany.

Requirements

Applicants must have seven or more years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, preferably within a fast-paced technology or B2B SaaS environment. The role requires experience leading complex, multi-entity, and multi-stakeholder annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes end to end. Candidates need deep demand-side finance partnering experience in either a self-serve product-led growth funnel or an enterprise demand generation motion, along with a working understanding of the other.

Additional requirements include fluency in funnel and channel economics such as CAC, CAC payback, blended versus paid CAC, CLV to CAC, pipeline attribution, conversion, and velocity. Candidates must have experience building and defending investment cases for spending that does not cleanly attribute to closed revenue, comfort owning a budget weighted toward program spend, advanced financial modeling skills, and executive communication abilities. A mindset focused on artificial intelligence and automation is also required.
