Chief of Staff – SEUR Sales

Overview

Mistral.ai is hiring a Chief of Staff for the Southern Europe Enterprise Sales organization in Paris, France. This role supports the VP of Revenue Europe South by driving strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and high-priority cross-functional initiatives as the region enters a rapid scaling phase.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. Candidates need a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic operations, business development, go-to-market strategy, or consulting roles such as Strategy Consultant at MBB, Tier-1, or Tier-2 firms, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, or Strategic Program Manager.

The position requires experience working closely with C-level or senior leadership, high maturity in communication and prioritization, and the ability to operate with high autonomy and judgment. Candidates should also possess experience in fast-growing or high-pressure environments, comfort navigating ambiguity, and background in high-growth SaaS, AI, deeptech, or infrastructure industries.
