Logistics Manager

Overview

Mistral.ai is hiring a full-time Logistics Manager to be based in Paris, France. This role focuses on building and scaling the logistics capabilities that allow the organization to deploy, operate, and expand high-value compute infrastructure reliably. The position involves owning the flow, custody, traceability, and readiness of critical hardware and materials from supplier dispatch through site receipt, storage, deployment, repair, and eventual end-of-life disposition.

Requirements

Applicants should have expertise in managing logistics processes, supply chain operations, inventory frameworks, reverse logistics, and third-party vendor performance. The role requires experience coordinating inbound and outbound movements for high-value equipment, overseeing cross-border shipping and customs compliance, and monitoring logistics costs. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to build, lead, and scale regional teams, foster continuous improvement, and collaborate across technical, financial, and legal departments.
