Overview

Keyfactor provides trust infrastructure for AI and machines, helping large enterprises and government agencies manage the cryptographic identities that protect digital interactions. It is hiring a full-time Senior RFP and Bid Manager for EMEA within Revenue Operations. The role can be based in Stockholm, Aachen, Barcelona, Madrid or the United Kingdom, under a hybrid work model.

The position establishes, manages and continually improves the framework for RFP, RFI and tender responses across the EMEA sales organisation. It is a specialised individual contributor role in a newly established function, so the person develops scalable practices and documentation that could later be used in other regions. The bid manager coordinates end-to-end responses with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Legal, Compliance and other teams, managing timelines and dependencies so that submissions are accurate, complete and on time.

Responsibilities include setting standard intake procedures, workflows, submission controls and governance, developing bid methodologies, advising stakeholders on public and private tender procedures and escalating legal, compliance or commercial questions, and running a central RFP content and knowledge framework including administration of Loopio. The role also coordinates review of technical, security, service and contractual statements by the right authorised functions before submission, acts as the main operational contact for customer procurement teams and external bid partners, reports on submission volumes, turnaround times, quality and outcomes, and writes playbooks for repeatable practice.

Requirements

Keyfactor asks for a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, and at least five years in RFP, proposal or bid management, preferably in B2B software or technology. Candidates should have coordinated complex RFPs, RFIs and tenders across many internal functions, set up or governed structured response processes, understand public and private procurement including open, restricted, negotiated and competitive dialogue procedures, and be able to spot procedural and operational risks. Experience with RFP platforms and content repositories is expected, with Loopio strongly preferred.
