Senior RevOps Manager

Overview

Fonoa is seeking a full-time Senior Revenue Operations Manager based in London, United Kingdom, to build the operational engine behind its autonomous tax platform. This hands-on role sits at the center of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships, working closely with go-to-market leadership to scale processes, systems, and insights across the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

Applicants must have five or more years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, GTM Operations, or a similar role, alongside experience supporting high-growth business-to-business software-as-a-service organizations. Candidates need strong Salesforce experience, a deep understanding of commercial processes, and a demonstrated ability in building and scaling revenue processes, reporting frameworks, and operational infrastructure. Additional qualifications include strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations, experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
