Senior Product Manager
Overview
Verve is a global ad-tech company that owns and runs a fully integrated advertising stack covering demand, supply, and data and identity infrastructure. Its solutions are used by more than 90 of the top 100 US advertisers and 4,000 publishers worldwide, reaching 2.5 billion consumers across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. It is hiring a Senior Product Manager, or Product Manager depending on experience, in London, United Kingdom, to own key commercial and technical areas of its programmatic Marketplace.
The product manager leads cross-functional execution with engineering, yield, commercial and operations teams, moving initiatives from intake to structured execution and driving measurable improvements in marketplace performance, publisher yield and DSP spend velocity. Depending on background, the person takes ownership of one of the core exchange focus areas.
Responsibilities include product strategy and execution, covering feature discovery, product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. They also include commercial prioritisation using models to rank backlogs by revenue impact, margin protection and operational efficiency, working with Tech Leads and Engineering Managers to shift squad priorities from technical hygiene to commercial return, monitoring exchange KPIs to spot revenue challenges and growth opportunities, and leading release cycles with clear documentation, enablement and internal communication. Success looks like a commercially prioritised Jira backlog, delivery of exchange features that unblock buyer spend, improve yield or streamline publisher onboarding, and smooth alignment between engineering, product leadership, commercial teams and yield operations.
Requirements
Verve asks for at least two years as a Product Manager or four years as a Senior Product Manager in programmatic advertising, such as SSPs, ad exchanges, DSPs or ad servers. Candidates need a deep understanding of OpenRTB, RTB auction mechanics, supply chain transparency and digital ad formats, experience with prioritisation frameworks such as RICE and Agile methods, the ability to turn high-volume bidstream data into feature plans, and exceptional written and verbal English. Mobile app monetisation SDKs, analytics dashboards, ad server technologies and campaign management UX are a plus.
