Senior Producer - Unannounced Project
Overview
Zynga is a global interactive entertainment company and a label of Take-Two Interactive, with games such as FarmVille, Words With Friends, Zynga Poker, Toon Blast and Empires and Puzzles downloaded more than 6 billion times across 175 or more countries. It is hiring a Senior Producer at NaturalMotion in London, United Kingdom, to help build a new, unannounced mobile free-to-play action game. The role reports to the Lead Producer.
The producer works closely with the game team to steer planning and development of core features and systems across the client frontend. Responsibilities include tactical planning, costing and delivery of the core feature set across UX, UI and systems development, collaborating with wider game groups to keep cross-game features aligned, reporting progress, risks and successes to production and leadership, and encouraging iterative development with plans that can deliver quickly and have stakeholder buy-in.
Requirements
The company asks for proven production experience, including at least one shipped game, and a conscientious approach that puts team health and morale first. Candidates should be organised communicators able to align multidisciplinary teams around targets, work well collaboratively, identify and escalate risks with mitigation plans ready, and set clear goals with feasible deliverables. Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Miro, including setting up automations, workflows and repeatable processes, is expected. Experience playing a wide range of genres, notably action RPGs, knowledge of UX and UI pipelines, and production experience in mobile game development are a bonus.
