Requirements

Applicants must hold a PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or alternatively possess three or more years of relevant industry experience. Candidates are required to have experience in creating and applying machine learning algorithms for action modeling of bot behavior, whether language-instructed or vision-based, and deploying these as production-level systems in-game.

The role requires expert, hands-on knowledge in deep learning with applications in the gaming industry, foundational models in vision and language, vision-language-action models, and reinforcement learning agents including model post-training and local deployment of open weights models. Experience with agentic systems, reward design, policy optimization, evaluation, and building scalable training environments for agents is also necessary. Candidates must be proficient in Python and associated machine learning tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, sklearn, scipy, and numpy. Finally, applicants need experience working collaboratively with other developers using a flexible, lean, or agile approach.
