Overview

Take-Two Interactive Software is a developer, publisher and marketer of interactive entertainment, with products released principally through Rockstar Games, 2K and Zynga for console, PC and mobile. It is hiring a Senior Lead for ServiceNow ITOM in London, United Kingdom.

The role is a senior implementation position focused on executing the company's evolving Configuration Management Database strategy, governance and infrastructure roadmap. The person builds a foundational system from the ground up, works with CMDB product and data owners to settle standards and builds a culture of data integrity, giving the organisation accurate insight into technology assets.

Responsibilities include leading implementation of CMDB and CSDM strategies, including CI classes, attributes, dependencies and service mapping approaches. The lead manages the full lifecycle of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, including MID servers, network and security settings, probes, patterns and schedules, and builds integrations with IntegrationHub, Service Graph Connectors and scripted REST and SOAP APIs. The role also identifies opportunities to embed generative AI and agentic workflows into IT operations for alert analysis, remediation and data anomaly detection, oversees CMDB health, normalisation and reconciliation, and acts as a bridge between infrastructure and business stakeholders.

Requirements

The company looks for deep technical proficiency in the ServiceNow platform, including base system data structures and ITOM Visibility solutions. Skills include advanced JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, PowerShell, Business Rules and Flow Designer, expert knowledge of Discovery patterns, credentials and error handling, and a strong grasp of ITSM, ITAM and ITIL, especially configuration item and asset lifecycle management. Familiarity with AWS, Azure and GCP, virtualisation, containerisation and infrastructure as code is expected, as is experience in data analysis, reporting and data quality governance. Leadership skills and a record of building consensus across teams are needed, along with demonstrated use of AI and machine learning features and agentic workflows.
