Overview

TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime, including tools to trace illicit activity and build cases on blockchain data. As it expands across EMEA and other markets, it is hiring a full-time Senior International Sales Recruiter based in the United Kingdom, working within a fully remote, async-first Talent team.

The recruiter owns high-priority searches across EMEA and beyond for Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing and broader business roles. Success is measured by the quality, speed and business impact of hires. The role covers full-cycle recruiting, acting as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers on market dynamics, candidate calibration, sourcing and closing, and building targeted sourcing strategies and regional talent maps. It also includes creating a strong candidate experience, using funnel metrics and market insight to diagnose search health, improving intake quality, scorecards, debriefs and offer execution, and working with Talent, People, Finance, Legal and business leaders on international hiring questions.

The company describes a fast pace: within 72 hours of a role opening the recruiter schedules intake and brings five calibration profiles, within a week maps the market and shortlists about 30 profiles, and two weeks after first interviews analyses conversion data. In onboarding, the recruiter is fully operating within 30 days, has candidates in final rounds by 60 days and makes two to three hires by 90 days.

Requirements

TRM Labs asks for seven or more years of recruiting, with strong experience in international sales hiring at high-growth technology companies and proven hiring across sales, post-sales, compliance, marketing and other functions. Candidates need strong knowledge of EMEA talent markets, solid search fundamentals including market mapping and passive candidate engagement, analytical skill with recruiting metrics, and excellent stakeholder management and communication. The ability to work remotely with strong overlap across EMEA and US hours is required; team members keep at least four hours of overlap with Pacific time.

What you get

The role may be eligible for TRM's equity plan. Compensation depends on skills, experience and location, and the company adjusts for geographies outside the United States.
