Tripadvisor is seeking a Senior Director of Destination Management, Supply to lead Viator's global destination management team, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, Experiences. This operational position focuses on delivering significant business outcomes through the leadership and motivation of a global team while driving revenue and market share growth in leading destinations.

Requirements

Applicants need ten or more years of experience leading and scaling global teams in market management, account management, or a combination of both, which must include leading managers of managers. Candidates should possess extensive experience with two-sided marketplaces and a thorough understanding of supply-side dynamics, technologies, and operator communities, preferably within the travel sector. A demonstrated history of setting multi-year strategies, applying data-driven operational leadership, enforcing catalog quality standards, utilizing AI and technology for business transformation, and demonstrating commercial and financial acumen is required.
