Overview

myTomorrows is a global health tech company that helps patients find treatment options and connects them with the companies developing therapies. It supports clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and real-world data collection, with a presence in 134 countries, more than 17,000 patients supported and the trust of over 60 BioPharma companies. It closed a 25 million euro investment with Avego Healthcare Capital in October 2025. The company is hiring a full-time Real-World Data Associate at its Amsterdam headquarters.

The associate supports the design and running of real-world data collection within Expanded Access Programs and other non-interventional studies, working with the Real-World Data team and under the guidance of more senior colleagues. Tasks include helping keep communication with clients, physicians and site staff running smoothly, monitoring data collection and flagging discrepancies or missing data, performing basic data validation, cleaning and quality control in electronic data capture systems, following regulatory requirements, internal procedures and ICH-GCP principles, supporting SOPs, templates and study documentation, and suggesting improvements to workflows and tools.

Requirements

The company asks for a bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biomedical sciences or a related scientific field, and zero to two years of experience in data management or clinical research, such as an internship, traineeship or first role. Candidates need strong organisation and multitasking, familiarity with or interest in electronic data capture systems and structured clinical or real-world data, a basic understanding of ICH-GCP or the motivation to learn it, excellent English, close attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Because most of the team is in the Netherlands, only candidates living within commuting distance of the Amsterdam office are considered.

What you get

The package includes a competitive salary, annual performance bonus and equity, a learning and development budget, a pension plan with the full premium covered, a hybrid model with two days in the office, policies for working parents, healthy lunch at the office, access to psychologists through OpenUp, and an extra holiday for Liberation Day on 5 May. After six months the associate is expected to meet data completion and quality targets and be seen as a reliable partner.

Who can apply

Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates, though applicants must live within commuting distance of Amsterdam.
