Overview
Wolt builds technology for delivery of restaurant food and, increasingly, almost everything else, in more than 500 cities across 30 countries. It joined DoorDash in 2022. It is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its Homepage team in London, United Kingdom, within the Core Consumer organisation. The Homepage is the surface customers land on whenever they open DoorDash, Wolt or Deliveroo, and the team owns one of the biggest levers on what customers find.
The work sits at the intersection of ranking, personalisation and AI and machine learning, deciding what each customer sees and why across three brands and dozens of markets. The roadmap mixes global platform problems, global capabilities being accelerated into EMEA and EMEA-specific problems that deserve proper solutions. The product manager shapes how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes and products, and helps define what discovery looks like as AI-driven and agentic experiences change how people decide what to order.
Day to day, the role involves building end-to-end features and experiences on the Homepage, working on ranking, personalisation and AI and ML problems, exploring where agentic experiences change discovery, and making discovery work across brands and markets rather than applying a single approach everywhere.
Requirements
Wolt looks for proven product management experience on consumer-facing products, with discovery, homepage, feed or ranking-driven experiences especially relevant. The ideal candidate acts as a product manager rather than a feature owner, finds the customer problems that matter most and works backwards from them while weighing business needs. They should hold several objectives at once and make calls when they conflict, build trust with stakeholders whose priorities differ, think strategically, be comfortable with ambiguity and be curious about what AI really changes for customers, telling real value from hype.
