The Operations Lead role manages the operational backbone for the United Kingdom business at Bjak. This position involves driving daily operations, internal systems, and customer-facing execution to ensure efficient scaling. The incumbent works directly with the chief executive officer to translate business objectives into on-the-ground execution by building systems, leading teams, and directly addressing operational challenges.

Requirements

Applicants need a strong background in operations, execution, or internal business operations within technology, fintech, or fast-scaling environments. The position requires proven experience in leading operations and administration teams in high-expectation settings, along with a hands-on mindset for direct problem-solving. Candidates must possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to operate cross-functionally without formal authority. English communication proficiency is required.
