Notino Experience Program Manager - EMEA & APAC, Early Career

Overview

Notion, the collaborative AI workspace used by millions of individuals and teams, is hiring an early-career Experience Program Manager in its People team in Dublin. The role is the regional anchor for how Notion's global people and environment programmes are delivered across EMEA and APAC, reporting to the Experience and Environment Lead for those regions and partnering with the Global Experience Programs team and office teams in Dublin, Sydney, Tokyo, Seoul and Hyderabad. The team works from the office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What you will do

The manager takes end-to-end ownership of key people programmes in the region, from onboarding and performance cycles to engagement surveys and retention initiatives, and translates global frameworks into locally relevant experiences. Tasks include building processes, playbooks and AI agents for consistent local delivery, supporting regional Affinity Groups, building dashboards that track programme health and outcomes, partnering with People Partners, recruitment and business leaders, and shaping a distinct employee experience across the region.

Requirements

Notion looks for experience running people programmes across several markets and time zones, an AI-native mindset, strong project management, the ability to build trust at all levels, a bias for action, experience driving change at a high-growth company and comfort presenting to senior leaders. Familiarity with Notion and experience across APAC and EMEA markets are advantages.

What you get

The estimated total on-target earnings, including base salary and incentive pay, are 45,000 to 70,000 euros per year, alongside equity and benefits. The role is full time.
