Overview

Its EMEA Recruiting team acts as a business partner that provides a thorough, inclusive interview experience. Notion is hiring a full-time Go-to-Market Recruiter for EMEA, with an emphasis on Sales, based in Paris, France.
The recruiter supports growth across key go-to-market teams in EMEA, helps shape the recruiting strategy, runs full-cycle hiring and makes sure the process is both pleasant and rigorous. Responsibilities include acting as a trusted recruiting partner to GTM leaders from sourcing through close, designing creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent across EMEA, ensuring scalable hiring plans and consistent evaluation while creating thoughtful candidate experiences, partnering with Total Rewards, People Operations and People Partners, using AI tools to improve recruiting and offer data-driven insight on market conditions, and scaling best practices while adapting them to regional differences.
Requirements
Notion asks for five or more years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth, technical or go-to-market functions, fluency in French and English, and a proven record of identifying, qualifying and closing strong candidates at various levels. Candidates should have experience coaching hiring managers while keeping talent density a priority, build diverse candidate pipelines, communicate well, pay attention to detail, thrive in fast-paced settings and be passionate about using technology and AI in recruiting. Every employee is expected to be curious and drawn to using AI as a collaborator.
What you get
The estimated range for total on-target earnings, including base salary and on-target incentive pay, is 98,000 to 109,000 euros per year, with equity and benefits also offered. The team works from the Paris office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, which Notion calls Anchor Days.
