Candidates need fluency in acquisition performance metrics such as CPA, revenue share, LTV, ROI, and blended CAC, alongside a working knowledge of channel economics including payback periods and cohort behavior. Essential qualifications include direct end-to-end experience running affiliate or influencer partnerships, commercial negotiation skills, a track record of delivering measurable activation results, and experience setting and owning a partnerships budget or channel profit and loss. Applicants must also demonstrate the use of AI in their workflow. Desirable qualifications include background in fintech or financial services, experience with sport, entertainment, media, or large brand sponsorships, familiarity with affiliate networks or tracking platforms like Impact, Awin, CJ, or Partnerize, and prior experience line-managing or mentoring junior staff.
