Group Product Manager

Overview

Prosus is a global technology company that backs and operates lifestyle ecommerce businesses, including Just Eat Takeaway, OLX and PayU, with a portfolio spanning more than 100 companies across ecommerce, food delivery, fintech and experiences. It is hiring a full-time Group Product Manager for its AI Platform in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Prosus invests over 100 million dollars a year in AI, runs more than 800 models in production and has deployed Toqan, its internal platform for building, testing and deploying generative AI and agentic workflows. The Group Product Manager owns the multi-year product strategy for the platform behind all AI initiatives across the group. That means defining and sequencing the roadmap for agent infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, model deployment pipelines and shared capabilities, and balancing long-term platform investment against urgent needs of teams across the portfolio.

The role also leads and mentors a team of product managers, partners with engineering and applied science leaders on technical strategy and the trade-offs between model performance, latency, cost and reliability, and turns fast-moving business needs into clear requirements while aligning stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Requirements

Prosus asks for eight or more years in product management, including three to five years managing product managers. Candidates should have owned platform or infrastructure products used by internal teams, ideally AI or ML platforms, MLOps tooling or developer-facing services, and have hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs and the model lifecycle in production. A record of defining and delivering multi-year product strategies in fast-moving, high-scale environments is expected. The company wants deep technical credibility on architecture, infrastructure trade-offs and AI system design, familiarity with agentic workflows and agent frameworks, and strong data-driven decision-making using analytics, A/B testing and KPIs. Experience with tools such as Databricks, Jira, Confluence and Figma and with agile methods is mentioned. Leadership qualities include mentoring product managers, managing stakeholders, taking ownership of outcomes, comfort with ambiguity and a customer-first approach even when the customers are internal teams.
