Overview
Rogo builds AI for professionals at top investment banks, private equity funds and investment firms, aiming to speed up and sharpen financial workflows. The company has a growing global client base and is hiring a full-time Forward Deployed Banker in Paris, France.
The role is Rogo's investment banking expert in the room. The person designs and leads tailored demos that show how the platform applies to core banking workflows such as company research, financial modelling, valuation, M&A advisory, capital markets and client deliverables, and describes what full deployment looks like for each bank. They work with Sales, Product and Engineering, acting as the voice of prospective customers, and serve as a trusted expert in early sales conversations. The banker scopes and runs proof-of-value exercises, mapping capabilities to a bank's coverage groups and deal workflows and defining success criteria with the prospect up front. The role also develops demo environments, banking use cases and enablement materials, and turns customer feedback and market trends into insights that shape the product.
Requirements
Rogo asks for at least two years of investment banking experience at a top-tier bank and strong command of core banking workflows including financial modelling, valuation, M&A, capital markets, due diligence and client presentations. Executive presence with senior bankers, from analysts to managing directors and group heads, outstanding communication and presentation skills, and a structured, outcome-oriented approach to evaluations are expected. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or above, bilingual English and French, and genuine curiosity about how AI will reshape investment banking. Experience working directly with clients or on live deals, partnering with Product or Engineering, and prior work in B2B SaaS, fintech or AI is a plus.
