CoreWeave is building a public cloud for accelerated workloads and is growing rapidly. It is hiring an Executive Assistant for Data Center Operations EMEA in London, United Kingdom, within its Administrative and Operations function. The assistant supports two to three senior executives who drive cross-company initiatives, helping them stay focused on top priorities.

The role manages complex scheduling across several time zones, coordinates travel and expenses, and supports team activities including meetings, offsites and reporting. The assistant keeps the leadership team organised and informed by anticipating needs, driving follow-ups and handling sensitive information with discretion, and is expected to be proactive, detail-oriented and able to work with minimal oversight.

Requirements

Basic qualifications are at least three years of executive support to VP level or above, proven project management experience, proficiency with Google Suite, Google Calendar, Slack and Microsoft Office, experience coordinating travel and processing expense reports, event planning and meeting coordination experience, an ability to improve or streamline processes, and strong written communication including drafting and editing documents. Candidates should manage multiple priorities and deadlines across time zones and work independently with high accuracy. Preferred experience includes supporting several executives at once, working in a high-growth environment and cross-functional leadership support.

What you get

The total rewards package includes base salary, a discretionary bonus, equity awards and benefits depending on eligibility. Benefits include family-level medical and dental insurance, a generous pension contribution, life assurance at four times salary, critical illness cover, an employee assistance programme and tuition reimbursement, which may vary by location.

Who can apply

Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates. Successful applicants must complete a basic criminal record check in line with GDPR, and offers are conditional on satisfactory results. The position requires access to export controlled information, so applicants must be a US person, be eligible to access that information without an export authorisation, or be eligible and reasonably likely to obtain the required authorisation. CoreWeave may decline to pursue an export licensing process for legitimate business reasons.
