Director of Marketing Operations
Overview
GWI is a data company, and it is hiring a Director of Marketing Operations to lead its Marketing Ops team in London, United Kingdom. The position is permanent, with a minimum of two days a week in the office, and reports to the VP Growth Marketing as part of the Marketing Leadership team.
GWI treats Marketing Ops as a growth engine rather than a service function, and the director is expected to identify and drive initiatives that affect pipeline and revenue. The role leads and mentors two direct reports and owns prioritisation and delivery of the marketing operations roadmap. Other responsibilities include owning the entire marketing technology stack, covering assessing new tools, budget, vendor management and rationalisation, and managing the lead and account lifecycle, including lead and account scoring and surfacing intent signals to Sales. The director is also responsible for data governance and quality across tools, working with RevOps so data syncs between Salesforce and HubSpot, and for defining campaign infrastructure, attribution reporting and a single source of truth for performance. The role collaborates with global marketing, revenue, product and RevOps, advises leadership on go-to-market efficiency and investment trade-offs, and introduces automations that cut manual work or improve conversion.
Requirements
Candidates need deep expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce and Clay, and the knowledge to connect them with a wider stack that includes Claude, Intercom, Qualified, Google Analytics, paid media channels and SEO and GEO tooling. GWI looks for a technical leader who has used AI to deliver meaningful outcomes in a team setting, who has a continuous improvement mindset, and who has a strong sense of ownership, connecting work across departments and communicating its impact.

Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates. GWI is a Disability Confident employer and welcomes applications from disabled candidates, with adjustments such as extra time, materials in advance, a different format, breaks, assistive tools or flexible scheduling.
