Corporate Development Analyst
Overview
UFORCE is a defence-technology company founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, with operations across Europe, the United States and Asia. It builds uncrewed vessels, ground robotics and aircraft, autonomy software and the command-and-control layer that operates them together. The company is hiring a full-time M&A and Corporate Development Analyst for its Corporate Development team, based in London.
The team runs strategy, deal execution, M&A sourcing, country builds, fundraising, investor relations and board reporting. This is an in-house role at a fast-moving defence startup rather than client-facing advisory work. The analyst gives junior-level support across all of the team's workstreams so senior colleagues can concentrate on deal execution and strategic decisions, taking a brief and delivering output that feeds directly into work for senior leadership.
Responsibilities include owning sector mapping through research, company profiles and sourcing, which becomes a reference for deal sourcing and investor conversations. The analyst surfaces and assesses M&A targets in terms of ownership, revenue and acquirability, and maintains the pipeline board and target tracker. The role supports acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships by coordinating due diligence across legal, finance and other stakeholders and organising company introductions for technical evaluation. It also covers the team's action log and cross-department follow-up, and support for board decks, investor materials and quarterly board reporting.
Requirements
UFORCE is looking for financial modelling skills such as comparables, basic DCF and sensitivity analysis, plus prior exposure to M&A, venture capital or corporate development. Experience coordinating a data room or multi-party workstream is wanted, as are independent research and sourcing skills, strong ownership and organisation, and comfort keeping legal, finance and technical stakeholders aligned. Clear, direct communication that delivers real conclusions is valued, together with genuine interest in the company's mission. The company is looking for someone around one year into their career, junior enough to want to own execution work and experienced enough to work without close supervision, and says it will develop the right person quickly into a core member of the team.
