Content Manager
Overview
H Company is an AI research and product company working on autonomous, agentic AI. It is hiring its first Content Manager, a full-time hybrid role based in Paris, reporting to the head of marketing. The company wants to be known for the value of its products rather than for its founders, funding and press coverage, and content is the route to that shift.
The Content Manager owns global content strategy and production, working with brand, lead generation and product marketing colleagues. The brand voice has two registers: a bold vision voice and a precise capability voice. Main areas of work include turning the new brand platform into an editorial line and calendar by market (France, UK, US) and audience, producing core brand content such as website copy, decks and event content, setting up templates, a style guide and review flows, and building a library of customer case studies and outcome numbers. The role also covers content for campaigns, events and account-based marketing, search and AI-answer visibility with the demand generation team, thought leadership on enterprise AI, and content for academic and expert partnerships and the AI at work programme. The person briefs and manages freelancers and agencies within a content budget.
Requirements
Candidates need at least five years in content, editorial or content marketing in B2B enterprise technology such as AI, SaaS, cloud or enterprise software. They should have built a content strategy and editorial calendar from scratch and be able to show its results, write and edit exceptionally well, and have produced long-form content for enterprise decision-makers such as white papers, case studies and research reports. Comfort interviewing researchers, engineers and customers, and the organisation to run several pieces at once, are expected. Fluent English is required and French is a strong plus.
What you get
The package includes a competitive salary and equity, health insurance, meal vouchers and transport benefits, plus direct access to researchers, engineers and leadership. Hybrid work means about three days a week in the Paris office or with customers, with occasional travel to London and the US.
