Commercial Account Executive (Italy)

It is hiring a Commercial Account Executive for Italy, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, within its Commercial Sales team. The company operates as a hybrid workplace.
The account executive helps grow the business by engaging and closing net-new customers across small to mid-sized markets, following a defined sales methodology and working with internal stakeholders to identify each customer's needs and explain the value of the product. The work centres on winning new customers through outbound activity, becoming a product expert through continued training, managing the full sales cycle including technical demonstrations and negotiation, working with Sales Development Representatives on top-of-funnel activity, and prospecting strategically into Chief Technology Officers, engineering and IT leaders and technical end users.
Requirements
Datadog looks for someone curious, driven and motivated in sales, fluent in Italian, creative in mapping and breaking into accounts, able to learn from feedback with a growth mindset, and comfortable in a highly technical, fast-paced environment. Experience carrying a quota with a proven record of success is expected.
