Overview

The Business Application Support Analyst position involves supporting and optimising the business applications that drive day-to-day operations at Zilch. The role requires acting as a primary point of contact for internal departments to manage application support, address incidents, improve operational efficiency, and build AI-powered automations. The position operates in an agile environment and is based at Zilch UK in the United Kingdom, following a hybrid schedule with office-based days on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote working on Tuesday and Friday.

Requirements

Candidates are required to have practical experience building AI-assisted workflows or automations using prompting techniques, as well as a strong grasp of change management, testing, user acceptance testing, and release validation. Furthermore, applicants must be capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and possess a robust awareness of data security best practices.
