AI Solutions Lead
Overview
Omnea is an AI-native procurement platform for enterprises, connecting requests, approvals, renewals, supplier risk and spend visibility in one place. It has raised 75 million dollars from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners and Accel, and counts Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo and Albertsons among its customers. The company is hiring a full-time AI Solutions Lead in London, United Kingdom, as an early hire on its customer team.
The lead owns deployment of the platform end to end, typically running three to five enterprise deployments at once. The work shifts away from hand-building every configuration: the lead specifies what needs to exist, directs AI to produce the first draft of workflows and integration mappings, and then applies judgement on whether the result fits the customer's approval policy and will survive Legal and Finance scrutiny. Success is judged on time to launch, satisfaction after go-live and whether the customer becomes a reference.
Responsibilities include running discovery with Procurement, Finance, Legal and IT stakeholders, designing target workflows with approval chains, routing logic and integrations, sequencing deployments with a dozen or more integrations, and defining success criteria with the customer sponsor. The lead also configures the specialised agents customers use, such as intake and risk agents, designs how they work together as a chain, validates every AI-generated output, presents to stakeholders from analysts to CFOs, runs multi-day onsite workshops, project-manages deployments, tracks adoption, and works with Product and Engineering during design.

Omnea does not expect candidates to know everything on day one. It looks for ambitious, hard-working people who are as comfortable directing an AI agent through a tricky configuration as presenting a project plan to an executive, with a growth mindset and energy for building relationships, shipping projects and helping customers succeed.
