Overview

Granola is an AI notepad for people in back-to-back meetings, and it is growing quickly. It is hiring a full-time Affiliate and Influencer Marketer in London, United Kingdom, as an individual contributor to help scale partnership programmes across evergreen and launch campaigns. The company works with hundreds of creators and publishers to acquire new users through sponsorships, affiliation and hybrid models. The role sits between branding and growth, making sure the online narratives around Granola are ones the company is proud of and tracking the performance of influencer marketing by channel and partner.

The marketer owns a large portfolio of key creator accounts, keeping in regular contact to increase Granola's presence on their channels. They run newsletter sponsorships end to end, from partner onboarding and booking through live-date tracking, invoicing and performance reporting. They source and onboard creators for authentic collaborations, preparing demos and creative briefs rather than simple ad placements, and run YouTube campaigns through integrations, dedicated videos and editorial projects. Example projects include drafting newsletter creatives, working with design and copywriting teams, reviewing editorial pieces for accuracy and brand safety, growing citations in large language model answers through YouTube partnerships and listicle sponsorships, and acting as point of contact for large-audience affiliates and creators.

Requirements

Granola looks for three years in influencer or affiliate marketing, brand-side or agency-side, with significant creator collaborations that had business impact. Candidates should have managed a large portfolio of accounts and helped build systems for working with hundreds of vendors and deals without losing quality, and have startup or scale-up experience, preferably in tech, AI or B2B SaaS. The company wants high agency and business sense, including allocating budget and negotiating with creators, AI fluency with good judgement about when to use it, strong prioritisation, deep interest in the creator economy, creative taste in selecting creators, and ideally existing relationships with creators, publishers and key opinion leaders.

What you get

The team works primarily together in London on an office-first basis. Compensation combines salary, variable pay and equity.

Who can apply

Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates. Granola encourages applications even where experience does not match every point.
