Account Executive - Enterprise
Overview
Stacks is building an AI-native platform that changes how finance teams run the monthly close. In two years it has grown from 2 people to more than 30, raised a 23 million dollar Series A led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, and counts European scale-ups such as Pleo, Freetrade and Motorway as customers. It is hiring a full-time Enterprise Account Executive for its go-to-market team, based in its London office or its Amsterdam office. Stacks describes itself as an office-first company.
The role owns the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and qualification through to closing and activation. The Account Executive sells to Controllers, VPs of Finance and CFOs in the mid-market and enterprise space, builds account plans across global organisations, positions Stacks against legacy vendors, and works with Product, Security, Legal and Customer Success. The person also builds relationships with finance teams across Europe and helps shape the enterprise go-to-market motion and field playbooks.
Requirements
Stacks looks for four to ten years of SaaS enterprise experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying role at a high-growth startup or scale-up, with repeated six-figure or seven-figure wins. Experience selling into the Office of the CFO, ideally financial reporting, planning, ERP or close automation tools, is expected. Candidates should be strong at prospecting, discovery, tailored demos and negotiation, able to explain complex tools clearly to finance and technical audiences, and comfortable building territories from scratch. A record of exceeding quota is also sought.
What you get
The company offers a foundational role working with the founders, competitive equity in a company scaling towards 10 million dollars in ARR, and a team drawn from companies such as Uber, Plaid, Miro and Mollie. The London headquarters is in a design-led shared workspace with access to a gym and classes, and the team holds regular socials and off-sites.
How to apply
The process usually takes about two weeks. It runs through an intro chat with the talent team, conversations with the VP Sales, the Head of Partnerships and two account executives, an onsite case presentation focused on a discovery and pitch scenario, and a conversation with the founder, followed by an offer.
Who can apply
Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates.
