Working Student Talent Acquisition
Overview
Eye Security is looking for a Working Student in Talent Acquisition to join its growing recruitment team in The Hague. The role is designed to give a real inside view of recruitment rather than back-office filing, and it can grow into a junior recruiter position if it goes well. Because the role is new, it will develop around what the team needs most.
Eye Security provides cybersecurity with embedded cyber insurance for organizations in Europe. It is headquartered in the Netherlands, has more than 170 full-time employees and continues to expand internationally.
What you will do
The working student helps find candidates for harder-to-fill roles alongside recruiters, screens applications for junior and high-volume roles (many in Dutch), and turns recruitment data into clear reports for the team and hiring managers. Other tasks include cleaning up and improving the use of the applicant tracking system, organising the recruitment knowledge base starting with all job descriptions in one place, keeping interviews running smoothly through scheduling, coordination and candidate communication, and helping build relationships with universities and students.
Requirements
Applicants need fluent Dutch and a comfortable working level of English. They should be in the 3rd or 4th year of study, available 20 hours a week, with 2 to 3 days in the office in The Hague or Berlin. At least six months of admin or office experience is expected (a board year at a study association counts), plus confidence in Excel, a wish to build a career in recruitment, and a habit of taking ownership.
Experience with data, recruitment, HR or an applicant tracking system is a plus.
What you get
The position offers real responsibility from the first week with a recruiter alongside to learn from, a clear chance to grow into a junior recruiter role, flexible hours around studies, a hybrid setup, and a team that celebrates together through monthly gatherings and an annual trip.
