Overview

Plancraft is hiring a Working Student or Intern for GTM AI Growth Engineering in Hamburg, working hybrid on a part-time basis. Plancraft builds software with AI features for tradespeople and contractors in Europe, backed by investors including Headline and Creandum and serving more than 30,000 craftspeople. The role builds and launches AI-powered growth experiments that create new qualified demand across Europe, from interactive calculators and landing pages to AI widgets, and measures their impact on revenue.

What you will do

Responsibilities include building acquisition experiments with tools such as Lovable, Claude Code and Cursor, owning the experiment pipeline by collecting and prioritising ideas by expected revenue impact and effort, and measuring results by setting hypotheses and tracking with GA4, Mixpanel and HubSpot. The student also connects experiments to HubSpot so leads are captured, qualified and routed with clean data, adapts successful tools and campaigns for markets such as Italy, Spain and the Netherlands, writes concise experiment briefs, presents results in a weekly RevOps meeting, and hands successful initiatives to the responsible teams. Collaboration with Marketing, Sales and RevOps is part of the job.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme with at least two semesters completed, ideally in industrial engineering, business information systems or a related field. They should have independently built and launched something, be comfortable with an AI building tool, understand basic HTML, JavaScript and API documentation, know the basics of digital acquisition funnels, and communicate fluently in English. Availability is 16 to 20 hours a week during the semester, or at least four months (ideally six) for an internship, and candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg.

Experience with analytics, SEO, automation tools such as n8n, or German at C1 level or Italian, Spanish, Dutch or Polish is a plus.

What you get

Benefits include a personal learning budget of 1,500 EUR per year, 2 paid days of educational leave, 30 vacation days plus December 24th off, a MacBook and headphones, an Urban Sports Club subsidy, a JobRad bike lease, a subsidised Deutschlandticket or BahnCard, team event weeks and an international team working in English.
