Overview

Davis is an AI-native real estate company that speeds up early-stage development and architectural design. It produces investor-grade feasibility studies, investment analysis and architect-certified designs in days, pairing its own AI systems with expert review. The company closed a 5.5 million dollar pre-seed round co-led by Heartcore Capital and Balderton Capital, and its team of 12 combines technical profiles with architects and real estate expertise.

Davis is looking for a GTM and Strategy Analyst for a six-month full-time internship in Paris, working alongside the leadership team, including the CEO and the Real Estate Partner, as well as the tech teams. The analyses the intern produces feed into decisions on strategy, client acquisition and relationships, and product improvement.

The work covers four areas. On client relationships, the intern contributes to studies for developer and investor clients, from data analysis to final formatting, and turns client feedback into proposals. On product improvement, the intern helps convert recurring methods into automated tools with the tech teams, tests them on real cases and supports adoption. On go-to-market, the intern defines priority client segments, builds target account lists, identifies partnerships and prepares prospecting materials. On strategy, the intern maintains the business plan and prepares analyses for leadership and investors.

Who can apply

The internship is meant for a student at a top business or engineering school who is on a gap year or in their final year. A first internship in strategy consulting, investment banking, growth or venture capital, a leading real estate investment fund or a start-up is expected. Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates.

Requirements

The company looks for strong synthesis and presentation skills, a real appetite for AI tools and genuine interest in real estate. Analytical skills include studying and segmenting a market and building a clear, verifiable model, and rigour in analysis. Strong writing in French and English is needed, along with curiosity, autonomy, ease with leadership, clients and partners, and enjoyment of working with tech teams. Knowledge of real estate is a plus.
