Overview

Omegga is hiring a Founder Associate Intern in Munich, Germany. Omegga uses AI and spectroscopy to drive positive change for animals, people and the planet, starting with early, non-invasive in-ovo sex detection to end chick culling worldwide. Its systems are already in use, and the focus now is scaling performance, robustness and deployment across an international customer base.

The intern works directly with the founders across strategy, marketing, operations and investor relations, and owns real work from the first day. The role is described as hands-on rather than a shadowing position.

What you will do

Strategic planning involves research, organising and running strategy workshops and supporting strategic initiatives. Investor relations covers monthly reporting, advisory board meetings and investor deep dives. In marketing and public relations, the intern manages online channels, creates content such as posts and press releases and handles external requests. Project management means planning and prioritising several projects from concept to delivery, and operations includes organising team events, searching for a new office and improving internal processes.

Requirements

Applicants need fluency in German and English with strong written and verbal communication, experience in project management, marketing or business development in a dynamic environment, strong organisational and analytical skills, and a genuine interest in what is possible when AI meets hardware, without needing to code. The company looks for people who take ownership unprompted, work independently, make decisions with incomplete information, enjoy variety and keep high standards. Visa sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates.

What you get

The offer includes a fully furnished apartment within walking distance of the office for up to six months to support relocation, a workplace in Munich's Werksviertel with up to 50 percent remote work depending on role, a market-aligned salary linked to impact, a monthly perks budget for fitness, mobility or other purchases, and free drinks, coffee and snacks in the office.
