Digital Marketing Intern (Russian speaking)
Overview
Transparent Hiring GmbH, an international relocation and recruitment agency that helps IT professionals build careers in Germany and across Europe, is offering a six-month Digital Marketing Internship for Russian speakers. The position is listed in Munich, Germany, with remote working. No prior marketing experience is required, and any previous social media, writing or website work is a plus. The intern works closely with the marketing lead and the founders, receives guidance and feedback, and gradually takes ownership of tasks. At the end of the six months, a performance and fit evaluation is held, and if both sides agree it is a strong match, a long-term role may be explored depending on performance and business needs.
What you will do
The work covers website content, including publishing articles and updating pages, preparing and updating webinar landing pages, and supporting live and automated webinars through setup, moderation and assistance. It also includes writing Telegram newsletters and promotional posts, researching and contacting influencers on Instagram and LinkedIn, preparing visuals for social media, the website and webinars, producing advertising creatives and layouts from briefs, and supporting day-to-day marketing campaigns and content projects.
Requirements
Applicants need fluency in English at B2 to C1 level and in Russian at C1 to C2 level, a strong willingness to learn digital marketing, reliable follow-through, high attention to detail and consistency, and clear written English. Experience with social media, content writing or website content management such as WordPress is a bonus. Visa sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates.
