Technical Product Manager, Developer Experience & Product-Led Growth

Overview

Telnyx is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead a small team focused on developer experience and product-led growth. Based in London, United Kingdom, this role involves managing six engineers across Developer Relations and Product-Led Growth. The position requires leading a team that builds production-quality sample applications, drives product-led growth from signup to revenue, improves the overall developer experience, and develops automated workflows.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a strong software engineering background with the ability to build and debug real applications, work with APIs, read code, and understand complex infrastructure. Applicants need experience as a Technical Product Manager, founding engineer, technical founder, or in a similar role with substantial responsibility for shipping software. The role requires exceptional product judgment regarding developer tools, APIs, documentation, onboarding, and usability, alongside familiarity with AI infrastructure, LLMs, inference, cloud platforms, real-time systems, or developer infrastructure.

Individuals should understand product-led growth concepts including developer acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and monetization. Proficiency in working with AI coding agents, automation frameworks, product analytics, and modern developer tooling is necessary. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical communication skills and the ability to lead a small technical team while remaining deeply involved in hands-on work.
