Requirements

The role involves participating in a team responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of payment system operations. Responsibilities include analyzing incoming and outgoing payments, such as large-value and mass payments related to financial market participant services, and examining interbank alerts and the bank's crisis organization. The position promotes continuous improvement in payment processes and transformative changes, including artificial intelligence applications in filtering systems used to combat payment fraud and sanctions. The work requires collaborating closely with business and IT teams to assist colleagues with complex issues to enhance transaction quality, service efficiency, and operational stability. Duties also involve monitoring transaction regulations, supporting the implementation of new regulatory standards to ensure compliance, maintaining updated process and control documentation, acting as a point of contact for customer support and payment transaction inquiries, and participating in various projects.
