Talent Lead

Overview

ElevenLabs seeks a Talent Lead to direct the entire talent function across research, engineering, go-to-market, and operations. In this role, the successful candidate will manage a team of twenty to thirty recruiters, sourcers, and talent operations professionals, reporting directly to the Operations Lead and partnering closely with the People team. The position is based in London, United Kingdom.

Requirements

Applicants need a proven track record leading large talent acquisition functions at high-growth companies, with direct experience filling hundreds of roles annually across multiple functions and geographies. Candidates must possess hands-on recruiting instincts, strong people leadership skills, process design expertise with AI integration, and the ability to closely collaborate with finance, people, and business leaders. The role requires experience advising founders and executives on workforce planning, capacity modeling, compensation, and offer strategy, alongside a strong understanding of recruiting across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC markets.
