Scoreplay is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join its team as the sole recruiter, taking full ownership of the hiring process. Founded in 2021, Scoreplay provides AI-powered media infrastructure for sports, automating content operations for major sports organizations, leagues, and teams worldwide. The company operates with a fifty-person team based across New York and Paris.

Who can apply

Candidates must have at least four years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing, ideally within fast-scaling technology companies. Applicants need proven sourcing expertise in identifying and engaging niche talent, experience with structured interviews and scorecards, and a data-driven approach to recruitment metrics. A builder mindset with curiosity toward AI and automation, strong collaboration skills, and fluency in written and spoken English are required. Technical hiring experience and proficiency in French are considered pluses. The position is based at the Paris office or can be done remotely from France or the United Kingdom.
