Senior Solutions Engineer

Overview

Alloy is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to join its pre-sales organization in London, United Kingdom. The position supports the company's international strategy and global expansion by working alongside account executives to close deals and resolve technical hurdles for clients in the UK and EMEA regions. Responsibilities include conducting custom demos, building and walking through user acceptance testing environments, designing and managing proof of concept exercises, participating in architecture and security reviews, and scoping solutions for the implementation team.

Requirements

Applicants must have at least 4 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, such as a sales engineer, solutions engineer, or solutions consultant, supporting complex enterprise-level pre-sales motions. Candidates are required to have experience working with identity and fraud in the fintech and banking space, superior presentation skills, the ability to explain intricate technical requirements to both technical and business audiences, and experience using APIs such as making API calls using cURL or Postman. Additional qualifications include experience acting as a bridge between sales, product, engineering, and professional services, reading and understanding object-oriented code, and working comfortably in ambiguity.
