Senior Returns Manager, EU

Overview

Quince is hiring a Senior Returns Manager for a permanent position based in London, United Kingdom, to oversee end-to-end reverse logistics performance across the UK and EU operations. The role focuses on building a fast, accurate, and cost-efficient returns operation that handles everything from incoming volume forecasting to grading, refunds, fraud prevention, and resale.

Who can apply

Candidates must have five to eight or more years of experience managing returns or reverse logistics operations within a high-volume ecommerce or retail environment, ideally covering the UK and EU markets. Applicants need a solid understanding of UK and EU distance-selling, consumer rights, and refund regulations, along with hands-on experience utilizing WMS or OMS returns modules. Additional required qualifications include experience creating returns forecasting and capacity planning models, designing fraud detection and prevention programs, managing return liquidation, refurbishment, or resale channels, and negotiating carriers for reverse logistics.
