Overview

The Senior Director, Health and Safety Operations Europe position serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving safety excellence and compliance across European operations. The role reports to the SVP, Global Engineering and Infrastructure, and involves defining and executing regional safety strategies, architecting risk-reduction programs to cultivate a zero-incident culture, and standardizing safety processes using a proprietary framework.

Requirements

Applicants need at least fifteen years of safety management experience, including a minimum of five years in a high-impact leadership role. The position requires subject matter expertise in European safety regulations, multi-national frameworks, and compliance standards, alongside a background in FMCG, logistics, manufacturing, or fulfillment. Candidates must have a track record of scaling international safety strategies, analytical skills for translating safety data into business decisions, and exceptional communication abilities to influence diverse stakeholders.
