Requirements

Applicants need a proven track record in content design for complex digital products, multi-step journeys, or major customer-facing campaign launches. Candidates must possess skills in content architecture, information hierarchy, early-phase UX advocacy, design systems, and governance. Strong data literacy is required, along with hands-on experience using Figma and modern collaborative tools for prototyping. A thorough working knowledge of digital accessibility, screen-reader compatibility, and inclusive language principles is necessary. The background requirement is a degree or equivalent hands-on experience in English, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a related field, alongside proof of user-centered decisions, testing, or iteration. Additional experience in automotive, luxury, or high-volume e-commerce, specialist certifications in Information Architecture or Content Strategy, and experience establishing content governance are noted as advantageous.
